Preliminary Review

I've only been using this product, along with the Youth Recovery Serum at night, for less than two weeks so this is a very preliminary review. This lotion-serum is extremely lightweight. I apply it in my morning routine after two other serums, and it plays very well with them. There is no pilling, stickiness or irritation. I'm not a fan of pure ascorbic acid so the Vit C derivative in the lotion suits me very well. I also appreciate that the serum does not have any added fragrance, although it does have a very faint, odd scent, which I believe comes from the ferulic acid but I'm not sure. It's not enough to bother me and goes away after applying sunscreen. Too soon to tell if this will help with my hyperpigmentation but so far it's been a delight to use and I will continue to use this in my morning routine.

faulty dispenser / Customer service fail

I am reluctantly writing this review as it’s related to receiving the product with a faulty/broken dispenser that fell off when I removed the lid , making it unusable . These things happen in manufacturing I suppose , however I immediately notified the company with photos on three seperate occasion with no response/feedback/solution or acknowledgement of the issue . With due respect I paid a lot of money for the serum , some 5 x more than my regular skincare , based on good reviews but have been left disappointed with customer service
